When you sign in via Google or Facebook, we process:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Profile picture
- Language preference
When registering for a race, we also process information submitted in the registration form (e.g. category, time).
3. Purpose of Processing
- Managing user accounts and application login
- Processing race registrations
- Displaying starting lists
- Communication with users
4. Legal Basis
Processing is carried out on the basis of contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and the legitimate interests of the controller.
5. Retention Period
Personal data is retained for the duration of the user account. Upon account deletion, data is erased within 30 days.
6. Sharing with Third Parties
Personal data is not sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. Data may be shared with race organizers to the extent necessary to process a registration.

8. Data Deletion
